Exchange for items damaged during shipping: Any item that has been damaged or broken during shipping may be returned for a replacement item. The original item must be returned in its original packaging and shipping materials before a replacement item will be sent.
Exchange for non-personalized items: If a customer is not satisfied with an item, it may be returned or exchanged, within 30 days after the date of the invoice. A refund of the purchase amount, if applicable, less credit card fees, will be issued when the returned item is received by our office. This does not include personalized items.
Non-Refundable Setup Fee: The setup fee for personalized items is non-refundable. This is for items that have names, dates, and/or photographs.
Personalized Items: Personalized items are not returnable, unless damaged in shipping, as stated above.
